Can investors help the people who are in preforeclosure ?
Most of the investors are having issues themselves. They have got caught in the real estate slow down. Most of the gurus told them to buy and hold. The new investors are scare of making the move. Are there any people out there can help buy some houses from people who are in danger of preforeclosure ?

I have a few friends asked me what they should do when their houses cannot be sold. I have been helping my friends to turn things around rather than focusing on the things that control them. Some of them have managed to turning things around by earning more to combat the outgoing expenses.
